Olisa Metuh, the national publicity secretary of Peoples Democratic Party, has resumed work after regaining freedom on Thursday, January 28.
According to series of tweets from the official handle of the PDP, Metuh met with members of the British Conservative Party at the PDP office in Abuja.
Metuh told the visitors that the PDP faced serious challenges after it lost in the elections, culminating in the resignation of its national chairman. However, he noted that every issue would be resolved by the party leadership by next week.
Field, in his turn, advised the PDP to ensure that it does not trash its brand in the face of challenges.
The delegation was led by Mark Field, the member of Parliament representing London and Westminster, and Colin Bloom, the director of outreach at the Conservative Party.
